Common questions
How does payment work?
Every 200 views of your content earns you $5. Views accumulate across all your documents — whether learners access them through individual purchases or our Library subscription. Payouts are completed in the first week of each month.
Will the rate always be $5 per 200 views?
This is our launch model and we expect to revise it as the platform grows. We'll communicate any changes well in advance and design future structures to be fair to existing creators.
Do I keep ownership of my work?
Yes. You retain copyright on everything you publish. You're granting Parlora the right to distribute your content on the platform; you're not selling it to us.
Can I publish content I've sold elsewhere?
Yes, unless you've signed an exclusivity agreement with another platform. Parlora isn't exclusive — your content can live on Parlora and other places at the same time.
Is there an approval process?
Yes. Our team reviews each submission for quality, accuracy, and fit. Most reviews complete within a few days. We'll let you know if anything needs revision before going live.
What format should I submit in?
Parlora accepts a variety of formats including audio and video.
What languages are most needed?
All languages are needed!
What if I don't have content yet but want to start creating?
Start with one worksheet on a topic you know well. The hardest part is the first one. Once you see how it works, building out a catalog gets easier.
Can I take my content down later?
Yes. You can unpublish any of your content at any time.
